Many organizations across the country are struggling to manage a workforce that is increasingly polarized, with opinions stretching across the spectrum on a variety of high-profile social topics. Many of these topics are very personal to individuals and they may struggle to reconcile an opposing viewpoint in a leader, co-worker, or client. Organizations may also be under increased pressure to weigh in on topics in the workplace or develop stances. During this session, we will discuss the current state of polarization in the U.S. workforce as well as tools and strategies to effectively approach and manage it.
