Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Residential and Online Schools:

Registration fees are non-refundable. Refund amounts are determined based on the student’s cancellation date. Alternatively, students may choose to keep their fees on account for up to 24 months for use at a future GSB residential program. If GSB should cancel a school, students will have the option of receiving a full refund or leaving their fees paid on account for priority placement in a future program. Specific details can be found on the student invoice or by contacting GSB at info@gsb.org or 800-755-6440.

Webinars:

If you are unable to attend a webinar, you may cancel up to the scheduled time of the event and receive a full refund. When cancelling an individual webinar purchased with discounted bundle pricing, your original savings will be forfeited. Refunds for a webinar will not be given for no shows. If a webinar is cancelled or postponed, registrants will be notified immediately and given the opportunity to either transfer their registration to another webinar or obtain a refund.
